Payments are processed securely Stripe Payment Gateway.
A transaction fee of $0.30, plus a processing fee of 1.8%, applies to each order placed.

Q. How long are the vouchers valid?

A. The vouchers are valid for 3 years & 3 months from the date of purchase by Yarra Plenty Waves from HOYTS.

Q. Is there a minimum quantity I need to purchase?

A. No minimum quantity required. Your contribution depends on how much you'd like to donate to support the fundraiser.

Q. How will I receive my vouchers?

A. Vouchers will be distributed by Yarra Plenty Waves. Expect delivery to Yarra Pool for collection by 6 December.

Each individual voucher is redeemable for one (1) general admission ticket.
Valid until the expiry date indicated, with no extensions or replacements after this date.

Each individual voucher is redeemable for one (1) general admission ticket for one (1) child (15 years & under).
Valid until the expiry date indicated, without options for extension or replacement.

Each voucher is redeemable for one (1) general admission ticket for one (1) adult (Monday to
Thursday, excluding public holidays).
Valid until the expiry date indicated, and not exchangeable, extendable, or replaceable.

Must be exchanged at the Box Office, Candy Bar, or redeemed online via HOYTS.COM.AU or the HOYTS app.
Available for D-BOX, 3D, and/or Xtremescreen with applicable upgrade fees.
Not applicable for HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed, special/group events, 3D glasses, or in conjunction with other offers.
Not refundable if lost, stolen, or damaged.
Cannot be used for pre-paid movie vouchers, gift cards, or HOYTS Rewards memberships.
Non-exchangeable for cash, regardless of cinema pricing.
Seats are subject to availability; it's advisable to book in advance via the HOYTS website or app.
